they took alot of money and ran away i hope all of the rot in hell and die the idiot i hate then.what ever goes around comes around they should know everyone has an feeling but they dont understand they have hurt us soo much and they think its nothing.They think it is pounds but it aint they should just give everything bck and no one shoud ever get there kitchen from them

We purchased and sighned a contract for a new kitchen in June 2011. The majority of the money was paid by credit card ( and thank goodness we did! ) From day one it was a disaster. They didn't arrive on the expected day, and when we phoned were told that the company who were making our bespoke units no longer made the ones that we had ordered. Incidently, that was the first and last time I ever got to speak to anyone by telephone again!! The tiler came , he was included in the cost, but made such a bad job that they all had to be lifted. We had to buy new tiles and get our own independant tiler, and foot the bill. Knowing what I know now I doubt whether they paid him any money at all. We never ever got our doors,or our sink, or none of the electrics, all we had was the carcuss of the kichen ( which they got tHe sizing wrong ) and eventually the worktops. We kept records of everything, especially the contract stating a completion period of 90 days. We took pictures of the tiling, and kept receipts of all the new kitchen doors and equipment that we had to purchase again through another company. We have just been refunded all of our money from the credit card company, because of our evidential report. It has taken us 7months from start to finish.

These 2 guys who own the company Dinko and Paul are definitely del boys. If you have been taken in by this company, fight for your money. They could not produce any evidence of what we had purchased to the credit card company when they were asked to, so don't be frightened off by any of their nonsense.

We placed the order for the made to measure bespoke kitchen & fitted bedrooms with this company on the 15th august 2011 for the sum of £9600.00.

But they took £11,752 out of our credit card. That’s £2152.00 more than what we agreed on. I have their receipts to prove this.

When taking the order They promised us bespoke fully assembled units at the factory will be delivered to us.

Bu this company 1st tried to deliver us flat packed kitchen which we refused. Than they assembled the flat packed units purchased from kitchen group at their own wear house/shop and delivered them to us.

When the units were finally delivered and upon checking I found that all the wall units are standard 720mm & not what we ordered 800mm (as stated on our survey diagram/report).

Also all the hinges are not soft closing but normal standard hinges.

Wrong size 3 drawer Base unit ordered 1000mm but delivered 900mm.

The entire corner curved units still missing.

Wrong size boiler unit.

Larder units are of standard type with shelf’s fitted in them and not pull out as we ordered & no pull out mechanism delivered.

Their manager was also informed of some units, which are damaged and have parts missing,

In total 8 units are still missing from the order for the kitchen.

And no sign of bedroom fittings its been over 4 months now.

i have made claimed against them and got part of my money back through credit card company and trying to get the rest back as well.

One other thing. Just to let you know that they also have done same thing to my next-door neighbor who are also going through their credit card company.

I have reported Meta4Bespoke kitchens to Trading standards and to consumers direct.

And I am been advised to sue this company for compensation via small claims court.

If there is any one who have purchased any kitchen/bedrooms from this company via credit card than please do check your credit card statements as they fraud us for over £2150,

please take my advice and be careful as we been put through hell by this company & still have no kitchen or bedrooms & waiting for refund from credit card company.

Meta4 are not answering our phone calls or letters.

I purchased a kitchen from this company the middle of last year and it still has not been delivered to this day and to top if off they have done me out of my money and moved offices and changed number's to avoid ever giving me my money back. They gave me the run round around for months just so they could plan their escape which they did. I still had contact with the designer who sold me the kitchen and he told me they have done him out of money too which as far as I know they still owe him. I have decided to go to police with this issue as I have been forced to buy a whole new kitchen from another "Reliable" company. the two guys that own the company are called Dinko Monev and Paul Johnson, Don't ever.... ever let them into your house they are dellboys and know nothing about business. They are a company that doesn't even take care of their own staff. these guys think they have gone on the run and won't be found but I have all the info I need to get my money back AND THEY WILL SEE ME IN COURT. do not believe the other reviews for them on this page as they are fake and written by none other than Dinko Monev and Paul Johnson them selves. S*"TEST company ever. I checked them up on company house and the started up in 2011 so don't believe their story of trading for 9 years. this company couldn't even last a year in business.... what a joke. Avoid like you would avoid s*"t on the pavement because they are exactly the same thing!

After spending 4 hours with the designer/surveyor talking and planning our kitchen we were more or less pushed into signin a contract with the company just so we could keep the recommended on the day discounted price. The following day we woke up and felt like we'd made a mistake and rang into cancel our order. We were told that we needed to send in a cancellation slip as it needed to be in writing however I was told by an Eastern European man that they would sort out a "Much better price". We stated that we would rather just cancel but this con-man would just not take no for an answer. Eventually, we allowed him to give the price which was almost half the price we originlly signed up to. This made me upset as I felt that if we hadn't have cancelled this in he first place, we would have been conned out of about three thousand pounds. But the offer was too good to resist, so we proceeded.

The day surveyor came in - NOTHING FITTED. So he proceded to redesign our kitchen. He then phoned into their office explaining all the changes and once again ended up speaking to a Polish guy (not too sure if it was the same guy) and he basically told me that if we did not pay a extra One and a half thousand pounds then they would not do our kitchen for us!!!

We are now a month dow the line and still no closer to getting our kitcen done. In fact we are just too scared to be lured in again. Are there any decent companies out there??

Fitters and delivery was on time and the fitter called the day before he started to introduce himself which was a nice touch. I had a couple of very minor things - a couple of missing shelf support brackets which were sent immediately in the post and a small scratch at the back of one of the base cupboards which I have said is okay as it is unseen. (Although I was offered for it to be replaced).I'm very happy with the finished job and the service has been excellent. My parents also have a kitchen from Meta4 and that is lovely too, which gave me the assurance to go ahead with mine..

Very thorough and reliable, very high standard of workmanship, I would definitely recommend this company.

Very pleased with my new kitchen.Everything was fitted exactly to the original design.The finished product is top class.The doors these guys make are amazing.The fitter was a bit slow but did a fantastic job.Not bad for £8000 including Granite topz and Neff appliances and a custom - made unit .

Would recommend.
