Bought a complete Mereway bathroom set of cupboards, worktop etc.

Within 3 years all of the doors which are high gloss laminate have lifted, the laminate is now loose from the wood it is supposed to be glued too.

The worktops are scratched, which concerns us as we never put anything on them and take great care.

Customer support is not interested and more concerned about protecting their own interest.

They refuse to send a copy of the 5 year guarantee which they have refused to honour anyway.

We paid a top price for this bathroom which was their high end range.

STAY AWAY DONT USE THESE SHARKS

We purchased a Mereway "Modern Classic" kitchen in late July. It was delivered in early October. Initial delivery was missing 8 drawers, 2 doors and another door had a handle missing. 2 weeks later the missing drawers and doors arrived, all with their handles missing. We are still waiting for replacement(and hopefully complete)doors and drawers to be delivered.

Mereway will not liaise with us directly, we have to go through the agent we purchased the kitchen from. We have sent 2 e-mails to Mereway but neither has received a response. We voiced our complaint to the 2nd Mereway delivery driver, who blamed the missing and incomplete goods on the agent we purchased the kitchen from. How he knew this to be the case I don't know.

Do not buy a Mereway kitchen unless you want a load of frustration and hassle. Mereway also manufacture kitchens for John Lewis.
