Masterpieces

The kitchen wasn't measured correctly, and when it came to be fitted the worktop was too small and there was a corresponding gap in the base units. The only reason that something was put into this gap was because I pestered Masterpieces, and then I had to agree to pay half of the additional costs.

Installation went ahead, even though not all of the parts were there, so I had to wait around for these other parts to arrive. When they did finally arrive and they were installed, they were both damaged, but this wasn't mentioned to me by the workman. I had to phone the office and point it out myself. I was then told that the workman had noticed the flaws and had gone to the office himself to report it, but without mentioning it to me when I was there during the installation. The replacement parts were ordered, but when they arrived they were damaged too, and I was told that replacements would be ordered immediately. 2 months later I finally found out that the replacement parts had arrived, but now, a further 2 months down the road, I'm still waiting for them to be installed.

No matter how many times I call, I'm told that the owner is aware of the problem and will get back to me, but nothing so far.

Through all these months of waiting and hassle, not one person has apologised for the trouble!!

I guess you don't always get what you pay for.
