Let Down By Leicht Sevenoaks
I purchased a £17.5k kitchen from Leicht in Sevenoaks which included all appliances. Within months the dishwasher broke down and leaked. It has now leaked and broken down 6 times. Leicht Sevenoaks which is also known as Enclosure have dragged their feet and have not sorted out this problem, constantly ducking out of their legal responsibility to sort this problem out for us. Avoid this kitchen supplier.
Thanks Leicht - all resolved now. Everything is now working perfectly, I think we were just unlucky with a faulty dishwasher, and your customer service was slow at first but you now seem totally onboard and efficient, you have been more than helpful.
