Legacy was the first and only showroom I visited when planning a refit of my bedroom.

Yossi was so accommodating from the start that I knew I would receive a professional, courteous and personal service. From the 3D elevations, to picking colours, the layout of the room and even daft questions, I always felt that I was in control of what I was looking for and never pushed to going for either the easiest or most expensive option.

Three weeks from my initial visit my bedroom was designed, made and fitted to a very high standard. The fitter was so pleasant and tidy! He even made sure my hanging rails and handles were at the right height for me as well as asking my opinion on where the downlighters should be positioned.

I genuinely could not ask for a better people, better service or a better quality bedroom

Yossi provided a fantastic hands-on service throughout which didn't stop once the kitchen was fitted. His attention to detail is second to none and thus I have an amazing kitchen, which is exactly what I wanted and great value for money.

The finishes are superb and it looks really luxurious with state of the art appliances. Particularly loving the boiling water tap!

After years of working on my laptop at the kitchen table, I wanted a study and storage area built in my kitchen recess.

Yossi from Legacy was totally professional. He measured the area, designed the study and overhead storage. The fitters, joiner and electrician completed the work in one day. The study doors and handles were matched to my original kitchen doors, and it looks as though they were all installed at the same time.

So pleased with the quality and workmanship! The study is far better than I thought it would be and the overhead storage means that there is no more clutter! Would definitely use Legacy again.

Got bathroom/bedroom cupboard

Pros

1.Good financial package (meaning - if you bought stuff yourself cost you much more !)

2.Quality of fitting good (units etc..)

3.Tiling fantastic

Cons

1.Plumbers - use your own. Issues...

2.Come-back - ziltch. Does not want to know. Example - got condensation on bathroom ceiling. Some sections black. Asked for help, suggested I open bathroom window.

Had to get more powerful fan.(my pocket)

Extras

1.Don't ask. He can't handle extras (even if you pay for it). After initial job, he does not have flexibity to handle this. He uses all sub-contractors. They will ask for money for small jobs.

Yossi - owner his friendly guy but disorganised in my point of view. Example - door missing for bedroom cupboard, had to wait couple of months.

Summary: Get a good deal but expect issues.
