Rubbish customer service, numerous issues with what we have bought, frustrating to deal with, they don't answer the phone or deal with issues. Spent 1000's expect better customer service - just don't go there.

bought a bespoke kitchen from Klynstone. But the measurements were done by a trainee and she has completely messed up the measurements. I wrote to them about the concern before they delivered and fitted the kitchen. However, the kitchen is still unfinished after more than 8 months.

The company refuses to take any responsibility to do the job. At the end I have now arranged to start legal case against them and file a claim.

I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. I am more than happy to help other customers if they want to get further information regarding my purchase.

They will take the money and will mess up with everything they do.
