Am over the moon with my new worktops!

I highly recommend kitchen worktops plus, amazing company, amazing fitters.

New work tops fitted today. Prompt, efficient and a quality job.

I needed a Corian worktop in a custom size for our bathroom vanity. I contacted a couple of places. One never came back to me. Which was lucky, as Kitchen Worktops-direct has been amazing. He made sure that I always knew what was happening. Although this was a minor job, and they could have said no, the experience and customer service were exceptional. I would definitely go back to them again in the future.

From the first time I contacted Kitchen-worktops-plus they were super helpful - the customer service has been exemplary throughout - not only efficient but really friendly - it felt like dealing with people who knew you personally. We had to reschedule delivery and fitting of our worktops on more than one occasion and the response was always completely "can do" - and indeed when there was a misunderstanding about delivery arrangements they dealt with it brilliantly, saving us a huge redelivery cost. Although the fitter had also to reschedule due to circumstance beyond his control he contacted us immediately to let us know and rearrange. He did a great job, was very pleasant to have around and dealt with a problem left him by the kitchen fitters - again with a great can do attitude. The tops look great and we were very pleased with the price.

In a time where companies let you chase them, you guys were the opposite. Always in touch, always organised, well priced, so pleasant. The product was of great quality and the work was carried out by an expert. It’s taken me five years to get these shelves in as no one else followed through. Will definitely dream up more jobs for you, thank you.

This has been such a positive experience from the start. The wonderful guy at Go Worktops has been amazing to work with. A representative too managed to answer all of my questions and reassure me that the process and end product would be great and he was right. The service has been brilliant.

The worktops were high quality but also much cheaper than any of the alternatives. The kitchen units have also been great.

The fitting team- worked so hard for a whole week to make sure the kitchen was fitted well and matched our expectations.

A representative at MAK distribution in Doncaster who provided the kitchen units also did an amazing job and was responsive and kind, and also reassuring. They immediately sent additional parts when the design slightly changed during fitting (totally down to me).

All parties involved were immediately contactable and helped us out throughout the process. I have photos of the end result which I am happy to share. If you are wondering who to go to I would definitely recommend Go Worktops.

Representatives arrived with the worktop and worked non-stop until the job was perfect. They were delightful and discussed everything with me before and as they went along. It was a long day but they cleaned up and chopped up my old worktop for disposal. I would highly recommend them and my worktop is beautiful.

They arrived, got to work and didnt stop until job was finished. Terrific work rate and workmanship. Would recommend any time. Extremely satisfied with the finished product.
