All Facades Are Concerned About Is Taking The Mone
All Facades are concerned about is taking the money from you and doing very little for it and not taking any interest in your requirenments. Just to make it easier for themselves so that they make a maximum profit. Re the customer, once they have your money they have no respect and will lie through their teeth. The management are not very nice people to do business with. My experience with Facades was horrible. DO NOT TRUST THEM (sales and management)
i think you will find that facades closed there doors in 2007, and the company reviewed above was made on 02/05/2010.its possible that the replacement door company are using the name, my mom had those cowboys in and is still waiting for a door that was missed off the job and that was 9 months ago.

The only good thing about the job was the skill of the fitter. The cupboard doors and worktop are good, but we could have bought them from B&Q for a fraction of the cost that we paid Kitchen Facades.

I'm not sure that the previous negative comments have come from people using the same firm!!! Or are they reviews by rivals trying to spread a bad word? I only think this because I had such a positive experience, and I would recommend Kitchen Facades to anyone! The quality of work and the guys who did it were really good, and I got a great looking kitchen at the end of it - value for money.

When problems arose due to their bad management of the job and workmanship in their factory, Kitchen Facades didn't want to know. They demand payment without any regard for their mistakes.

I read the previous negative reviews and still decided to go ahead with Kitchen Facades. I have not been in any way let down. I got the a far greater level of service than I would expect for my modest investment.
I spoke with the MD of this company about my concern prior to placing my order and he explained that out of 20,000 kitchens they have installed, they have had only 10-20 really negative customers. It just goes to prove that you can't please everybody. If in doubt ask Facades for client references. I did.
Having read Pat's review I can only assume she is a friend of the MD as the MD refused to speak to me at any point during the horrendous process and as said before only a threat of legal action made the company do anything. 3 out of 4 reviews for them have been very bad, so the MD's report of only 10-20 complaints out of 20,000 kitchens is clearly another lie.

The Quality Of Atkinson's Replacement Doors And Th
The quality of Atkinson's Replacement Doors and their materials is pretty good (the work top was excellent), but the professionalism and quality of the Kitchen Facades fitters was average at best.
I think the idea of having replacement doors is a good one. If done again, I'd try to co-opt a friend or trusted recommended builder to fit them for me. But then again, where do you find these?

Kitchen Facades make huge promises but we are still waiting for them to deliver. The work can be slow, and I don't feel what the did was best suited to our kitchen.

Kitchen Facades has the worst after service ever experienced.
Left with no kitchen for 2 months with no offer of compensation.
Doors falling to pieces after 3 months and it takes a week and 16 messages and a threat of legal action before someone calls back.
DO NOT USE!!!
