i have an offer for anyone thinking of buying a kitchen from this company come and see their workmanship for yourself. you will be astounded.

Does anyone know if this company still exist or has it gone bust we ordered a kitch some time ago only paid £200 deposite but no sign of the kitchen and them

Do not use this company, took a deposit for 23 doors and drawers, 27 phone calls, letter to trading standards, 3 promised deliveries, no customer service at all, they lie to you all the time and 2 months later when the doors did arrive yep you guessed right wrong.

Stay away from joinery kitchens. I am not sure if they are bad or involved in criminal activity. The lies, the belligerence and the total lack of customer service is frightening. The kitchen deposit was given over 2 months ago - under demand that if it wasn't they could not move forward with the order. No formal paperwork has ever been given under request. Had to give go ahead for order even after that. The apparent day of delivery, received phone call demanding payment for all the materials - £££££ - if no payment no delivery. Finally after being threatened on the matter, made payment in good faith. Actual materials didn't arrive until over a week later - and still not all the materials there. Phoning them doesn't help because they make promises and don't follow through - or they just don't answer their phones. Kitchen still unfinished. Don't go near them - still trying to figure out how to manage this scary and terrible situation. Any advice will be happily listened to.

This company needs reporting to Trading Standers, to stop him with his lies,and stop him ripping people off! Terrible company and horrible people, who work for him.

My partner ordered this kitchen 3 months ago and took a week off work for it to be fitted. They delivered at 7.30pm on the day stated with no phone call to explain why it was late and not delivered between 9am and 1pm like they said. Then the fitters did not turn up for a week and half after this. We just got given excuse after excuse. My partner has lost over a week of wages as a result. We rang and rang to ask where they were and got no answer, when we finally got through we were told that we would be phoned back, this never happened. When they finally turned up they came at 9am and left at 1pm "to get their van fixed". No cupboard doors, sink or taps were delivered. My partner rang up and got told that they didnt have the sink we ordered over 3 months ago in stock. No one rang to explain this, it just didnt turn up.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shocking coustomer service and very unorganised!!!!

The so called owner is extremely rude. Spoke to the person I dealt with and he has no manners what so ever. Called my wife stupid and dumb. If only i saw him face to face...

I don't know how this company have received good reviews.

I have every faith in the confident sales / Designer / owner of the company, but as soon as he has the deposit, you wont hear from him again.

I was promised a completed kitchen within a week and it took over 6 weeks for it to be completed. We threatened legal action as calls were being ignored, Parts turned up completely damaged and delivery was promised but would never turn up.

The actual owner of this company is rude, disrespectful and has 0 care for his customers. He bullies his way to get money and always falls short of his "promises"

This has caused us nothing but stress, They are unprofessional and dis-functional.

Do not hand over any money to this company - Go somewhere else.

The kitchen its self inst too bad. Its good for the budget

The designer promised me the earth and now things are going wrong he is saying that he cannot get involved. I have paid in full and there are parts missing. I was promised by the designer that it would take no more than 4 days to have a brand new WOW kitchen. Those were his words and now they are talking utter rubbish. For anybody considering this company please DON'T.

When I call the owner he promises he will call you back but hours later I am still waiting. Like the other reviews on here the customer service is abysmal. I am considering legal action as I have no faith that they will sort this out.
