Worktop Shambles
Worktops direct, supply your choice of top and supply the fitters, we had durasein , however at the point tops are delivered to your place , they cut away from any responsibility " because they have had their money at this point" for the job or the fitting and even tell you that if there is any problems with the work not to pay the fitters ,now the fitters they arrived 2 days late, then left as the wrong adhesive was supplied "no responsibility of go worktops" ha ha! fitters came back 2 weeks later leaving us without a usable kitchen all that time. Workmanship was very shoddy and bad quality,and they have no respect for your home very bad .go worktops tell you you have to pay the fitters direct, but do not explain in any way that even though they supply the fitters they are not responsible for their workmanship , apparently it's in the company's Tc & Cs . Do not use these people .I never will again .and that's a promise. You will be very sorry if you do.

Which 25 year model has proved extremely successful for all parties and is made absolutely clear in every way possible before an order may be accepted.
The model functions well everyday, empowering the customer to be the one to check the finished worktops and when satisfied with the job to make a payment. It's not possible for Go Worktops Lt to supply trade prices nationwide without utilising a nationwide accredited installation network. Neither is it possible for any of Go Worktops Staff to be onsite to sign off your project. There is no one better to do that than the customer direct.
I'm wondering why you paid your installers in full on completion if you were not happy with the job?

Fantastic service. He was excellent throughout the process and provided great advice on how we could deal with the situation ourselves before we resorted to calling him out.
His knowledge and patience was second to none and allowed us to carry out a minor repair ourselves.

Superb Sales And Service
If every UK business performed like this, we would have more money for the NHS and social care!! The man in sales was excellent. He was patient, helpful and efficient. Every query was answered promptly and with helpful suggestions for a way forward. He got me to the point where our decision purchasing was a fully informed decision.
Once we placed the order, the lady in admin continued the trend, arranging the delivery of materials and scheduling the fitters with efficiency and a minimum of fuss.
Finally, the fitting team were a joy to work with. The finished installation is just what we had in mind when we decided to move from old-style MDF to a hard surface. It took Go Worktops less than a week between order and installation. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
