Dont Buy A Freedom Kitchen
1) I trusted Freedom but buying a Freedom Kitchen was the worst mistake I could have made. Because they have royally mucked up my kitchen I now have to get an external contractor in to fix their mistakes, and I have to wear this as a additional cost.
2) NO Responsibility - The tradespeople are contractors - so if you have a problem with the tradesman or their work, Freedom do not take any responsibility.
3) Incorrect build - If the kitchen is built incorrectly Freedom Kitchen refuses to take any responsibility
4) Becuase you trust the reputation of freedom and you trust the designer you go with the designers suggestions. This is all done in a hurry because they coerce you into rushing your decision. But if the plan turns out to be wrong Freedom take no responsibility.
5) Customer Service is dismal - After months of trying to get the problems resolved, they don't get back to you.. you get pushed around the office and no one actually gives you any answers.
My advice to you is DON"T BUY A FREEDOM KICTHEN
