Having had the misfortune to break the flush plate in my bathroom I began searching the net for a replacement. I had no choice other than to replace with the same brand (unless I was to call in a plumber and replace the whole cistern). Reluctant to buy the same one (it being made from plastic and very flimsy), I discovered that I could get a metal flush plate but this would cost a hefty £134! Trawling the net I came across fountains direct who offered the same plate but for just £77, even with the £10 postage a decent discount from the rrp. I was wondering if I would pay for the price saving with poor service, but no, I was kept well informed of the status of my order, delivery was fast and the product well packaged. When I phoned the company my call was answered promptly and the lady I spoke to knowledgable and helpful. I am very pleased with my purchase and would happily recommend this company.
