Quite a few years after we had our bifolding doors installed by Ecko we developed an issue with the locking mechanism. Even though it was years later, after contacting Ecko for advice they promptly replied and helped resolve the issue in collaboration with the manufacturer. Excellent aftersales customer service

We chose Ekco to refurbish our main bathroom because of their reputation for quality and value for money. The end result is stunning - we feel like we are in a hotel. The bath was removed and replaced with a shower unit and the floor and walls tiled. Huge thanks for the design and to the fitting team for going the extra mile to finish on time and to a high quality. The whole process was stressless and we can highly recommend Ekco. 

We recently had our en-suite shower room completely redesigned by Ekco.

We chose this company because friends had their bathroom fitted by them so we were able to inspect the quality of their work.

In the early days we were guided by Hollie, in terms of manufacturers and product options to choose from. She was very helpful and seeing the CAD presentation helped us make our final choices.

The fitters arrived on time and were very efficient and hardworking. They made sure our floor areas were completely covered and safe before starting work.

We are absolutely delighted with the final result and have no reservations about recommending the company.

We used EKCO kitchens and bathrooms last year to have our bathroom completly renovated and it was a first class job, finished on time, there was no delays what so ever and we are delighted with our new bathroom. From the planning to the completion was a pleasant experience. The various tradesmmen were always on time and very curtious and never left any mess at the end of their working day. The staff were very helpful in advising with the style of our new bathroom which was being changed from a totally traditional style to a modern and contemporary look and the choice of various products was fantastic, we have a bathroom tmo be very proud of all thanks to Ekco and their staff. I personally would recomend Ekco with out hesitation to any one planning to renew their bathroom. I just love walking into our new bathroom and it is constantly admired by all who see it.

Thank you EKCO for helping us out right before Christmas when our original supplier let us down last minute. We cannot thank you guys enough as it meant we could enjoy our Christmas with family and friends in our new extension. We received our quotation promptly which was very competitive against others we had received, their site survey was very informative as we discovered a couple things which our original supplier missed, the lead time was very quick and the installers were absolutely outstanding - you could tell they were very passionate about their job. We were updated by the office at every stage of our order which was nice to know everything was in hand. We look forward to working with EKCO again once we are ready to renovate our bathroom and ensuite. Highly recommend :-)

We have just had bi-folding doors fitted to our new extension and I can’t recommend Ekco highly enough. The level of service was excellent. All the team were professional and friendly. The fitters arrived when they said and did a fantastic job fitting the doors, everything was very straightforward and absolutely no hassle. We looked at lots of doors before deciding on Ekco and we have no regrets. Thank you to the people I dealt with. 

We commissioned EKCO to design and install two complete fully tiled bathrooms plus new open plan kitchen /dining room and replace all flooring throughout the downstairs rooms.

Confidence was high so we disappeared on holiday for three weeks . On our return we could not have been more delighted - everything was as planned . In addition they arranged for planning permission as two walls were taken out to accommodate the open plan look and feel we wanted.

It was really worthwhile upgrading the kitchen work tops to Dekton - looks amazing .

A neighbour recommended ecko when things started to go wrong with my bathroom. I was heavily pregnant at the time so it was a major inconvenience. i needed a new bathroom very quickly but was wary about workmen coming into my home as I wasn't very well at the time and stuck indoors.

When I approached ecko the person I dealt with was quick to respond. He put me at ease and listened to my aspirations and what I really wanted from my bathroom. He discussed the design with me and made suggestions which we incorporated into our bathroom, which made it extra special.

I needn't have worried about the workmen. They got my bathroom done quickly, were courteous, and tidy. They were obviously very skilled at what they do and very professional.

I now have a bathroom which has the wow factor. Everyone comments on how good it looks. We have a family bathroom which is also my sanctuary so I fully recommend them, and have already done so to family and friends

EKCO fitted aluminium sliding doors for our balcony window. The doors have transformed our flat. The produce is of exceptional quality and the fitting, service and communication was very professional. Would recommend!
