Crystal Building (Kitchen & Carpentry)

Where do I start? I decided to choose Crystal Building as they were a member of checkatrade. What a mistake that was, they fitted a kitchen and bathroom for me and it has taken three months to try and put things right, the new bathroom flooded the kitchen we then had a gradual leak that bought down part of the ceiling, the kitchen units I thought were poorly fitted, the overflow on the bath wasn't connected and the sink didn't even have one. To summarise: I would avoid them.
