I purchased the Tandem Filter Water Pullout Faucet on Feb 2019. The faucet was defective-the handle for the filtered water was loose. I contacted customer service, and they arranged a replacement. So far, so good. Not an ideal way to start a purchase, but they took care of it.

At the end of February I received the replacement faucet. In mid-April it started leaking. I contacted Customer Service on April 22nd, and described the issue. After a long wait of several days, I got an email suggesting that we open up the faucet and clean up the check valve. Upon opening it, we found an o-ring that was obviously not intended to be there. I reported our find along with the size. From the picture I sent, apart from the size of the o-ring, it is very clear that the o-ring has squared sides, not round.

Again, a long wait of a week later, we were told to open up another part of the faucet, because supposedly the o-ring we had found should be installed there (there was already an o-ring with round sides, the one we found has squared sides). So, clearly, there is a misunderstanding on their side, because they keep asking me questions that I have already answered, and I am waiting for days before I get another question that doesn't make sense.

It is now May 25th, a month later since I originally reported the leak. We have a very painfully slow trail of emails. They would ask a question, I would answer right away, and then wait 4 days for an answer, that is yet another question. Because of the sluggishness of responses, on multiple occasions I requested that we talk on the phone with an engineer to speed up the question/answer process.

So, more than a month later, I still don't know what the problem is. I just requested that I get this faucet exchanged. they haven't responded as of yet. I will update my review to reflect the resolution of this problem.

I got a beautiful sink the model called Pyke 50/50 . It looks great in my kitchen. I love the size of the two bowls and find it very functional. The only thing is that you will have to clean it consistently to keep it looking good. We do it about once a week, using baking soda to get the grime off.

i am from uk and purchased the filtered faucet online. There is no Company in uk offered filtered water abd regular tap water in one faucet. I did not want to buy a separate filtered faucet for my purification system. It took me a while to find them in Canada . The faucet is solid heavy. It's fantastic. Highly recommended !

Bought the Evolution sink a few months ago. Very surprised to find water and food sits in all the corners...does not drain properly. This is a very cheap and poorly designed product. I highly suspect the other reviewer works for the company because no one should have to push the water down the drain by hand every time you use the sink! Contacted customer service and they said the warranty doesn't cover this....what, draining???? Its a sink! Do not buy!!

We recently purchased a square undermount sink with a Hudson faucet from this company. The quality is amazing, especially the faucet. My husband lift up the faucet and the first thing he said to me was " this feels solid and heavy".
