Ordered three doors to finish my kitchen ,I cannot get any response to my query as to where they are, they won't answer the phone,I am £97.00 out of pocket which I can't afford at all and my kitchen remains unfinished,I just want my money back
Apologies for the delay in getting the doors to you within the 10 day period.
Unfortunately the factory closes for 2 weeks in July which was not posted on our site. This delayed us getting the doors to you by an extra week.
I believe you received the doors today and if there is anything else we can do for you please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your custom.

Extremely Poor Customer Service.
My advice is avoid this Republic of Ireland WEBSITE based company (hence the 0844 number). All units & doors are made by different N. Ireland based company so if there are any problems with the components, getting satisfaction is virtually impossible, as they simply farm out your order to another company. They are quick to chase up new orders, and communicate well at that point, but thereafter they do not respond to e-mails or messages left, especially when there is a problem to resolve.
On the surface the prices are good, and would be good value if the order is correct, however in the end it makes better sense purchasing from a known, locally based kitchen manufacturer where problems (however minor) can be attended to.
My experience with this company was very poor.
Unfortunately this has been my experience as well - this company is not providing the same quality or style doors as expressed....i ordered Stockholm Ivory and none of it matches my current Stockholm Ivory kitchen. I am waiting for them to call me to arrange collection and refund me - but at the moment they have not responded to my emails or my phone calls 7 days and waiting...nightmare.
New Kitchen Units
Hi
I have just used Buy Buy Kitchens to purchase my kitchen and it was the best value
for money that you could possibly get.
It was a high gloss kitchen and it came in at nearly half the price of the same kitchen priced elsewhere.
It took 3 weeks for delivery but i was informed of this and the kitchen was bespoke and i needed off standard units which they made for me.
The units and doors were of high quality and easy to assemble.
Overall very happy

Very Slow Service
Afraid we have to highlight the unbelievably slow service we received. Took months to get the wall cupboards we ordered, and when they eventually did arrived, all the screws were missing for all the door hinges. It took nearly 3 more weeks for us to get these screws replaced. Cupboards have no hanging brackets, AND we had to add wooden supports to the cupboards in order to be able to hang them! All in all, we would NOT recommend this Company, based on our experience. There are much better products out there, and no-one could possibly give a worse service! In our opinion, avoid this Company.

Great Value Kitchens, Helpful Customer Support!
I was looking for a good value contemporary kitchen online when I found this website - buybuykitchens
I had a set budget and was delighted when I found exactly what I was looking for ( I needed some non standard units). I have submitted my kitchen plan and got a quote straight away. It was very easy to order my kitchen online and I saved about £1000 comparing to other shops I tried to price my kitchen. I still had to use customer support due to non standard units I had to order.
Great shopping experience, highly recommend this company to anyone!
