Still Trying To Progress With Refund..
As most of you probably dealt with an individual under an alias.
Invoices were from a director which I can confirm is a fictional person, there was never a director under that name.
If you are still pursing a refund, please get into contact. In hope to work more effectively as a group.

Which avenue would you take for getting a refund? Not sure if police would deal with it because it’s been almost 2 years.
Few months ago, I got a PI to track down the guy and got his address..
If anyone is still trying to get goods that they paid for or a refund from this company or the other one called Home Improvement World lets try and work together. I am not sure how Review Centre can facilitate this but anyone going through this living nightmare with these two companies can have my email at anytime. please review centre can you facilitate this. thanks
Appalling Amazing Kitchens
I am still awaiting my refund from this company and its one man representative (he mows who he is) since April 2015. I warned Tesco Brent Park about this company last year and they still continued to carry there literature a month later. I contacted the CAB who reported them to trading standards, been through the court process up to bailiffs attending their premises which turned out to be a registered office. There were no items to be seized. I am preparing to go back to court again with some other addresses that they had on the website before they removed them and updated it with just an email address. They now claim they have closed down. I am not holding my breath. The law seems to be on their side so they just continue to take money off people. I would be very happy to give my name on this site but they say not to give mine or the staff in questions name. I will never hide from you Amazing Kitchens you can have my name anytime and details anytime you want ithem. It is an absolute joke that you can say that the people who have given you negative reviews on this site are defaming your character and that you will take legal action against them. Do you honestly think people would waste their time writing these comments if they were not true. Trust me people have got better things to do. The fact is is that you owe these people including myself money or products and have not delivered on any. The only people that are liars are you Amazing Kitchens as you make so many promises tthat you never fulfill and you cannot seem to comprehend why people are so angry and distressed. Your attitude is like how dare they because we have done nothing wrong. Unbelievable.

I have the same issue with this person every day he is delaying stuff I paid for my bathroom and kitchen bathroom not even completed .kitchen I am still waiting .we need to get to come forward together to launch complain and speak to MP.
Exact same thing has happened to me. Wife had cancer, the died. Then the warehouse flooded, then he broke his leg. Message me, we all need to come together and get an MP onto him as it is utterly disgusing that he is trying to male excuses still on this website even!

I totally agree with you. He is on this platform writing a bunch of lies and asking people to write or email when he is blatantly refusing to response. I paid this man in March this year for a new kitchen which he promised to deliver and fit within three weeks. I am still left without a kitchen and all attempts to reach this concern man now have proved futile. I have already written four letters to the company and they did not even have the courtesy to respond. I have texted, phoned and left voice messages without even an acknowledgement. At first I thought I was the only victim until I researched to uncover the Web of lies this man has spun to rip off unsuspecting customers of their hard-earned money. The so called matketing manager of the company initially gave reasons like his wife being diagnosed with cancer and the company's inability to get a replacement for his role for the delay. After that he ceased communication and will not respond to my emails, Letters, phonecalls and text messages. Yet he is here telling people to email and lying about having completed jobs.
I so agree with you. Maybe an MP can help if everyone who has been stung by this company and its staff can get together and petition one. I am still waiting for them to refund my money. They just totally and utterly disgust me.The amount of promises that have been broken by their representatives I would be a millionaire. The excuses they give for never delivering on any of their promises are so fantastically poor that I am sure my six month old granddaughter could do better and she can't even talk. I would not wish this company and its representatives on my worse enemy at all if I had one. If a billion zero stars was possibly this is company that would richly deserve them.

I am chasing this guy since Feb 2016 & placed my order with him in May when they did second campaign in Harrow Tesco .
I've paid him via bank transfer but no use banks are not helpful at all .
I am looking for legal advice that how Tesco allowed such company for doing promotion in their premises .

Terrible Mistake I Did
As every one mentioned here, it was a terrible mistake i did by selecting this company which is run by one man. He visited my home and took all measurements and promised that work will be started in two weeks time, asked us to pay full and we paid full. Day by day, he delays, tell what ever it comes to his mind as every one else said, floods, family member sick, what not. I am going through hell at the moment.

Ordered and paid deposit for Kitchen in April, order confirmed and balance paid in May in order for work to start immediately. Never seen the Kitchen or the fitters or the salesman since. Can't get hold of anyone. Trading Standards and police informed.
There are currently many people who have fallen victim to this company; consumers and traders alike are owed many thousands. Many details have already been passed to Action Fraud the National Crime Reporting Centre run by the City of London Police but they need as many more people to contact them as possible to bring these people to justice as soon as possible.

My experience is similar to others on here. Terrible company. I have paid up front and none of his promises have been fulfilled. As far as i can tell he has taken my money and run. There has been little or no communication and a lot of lies about why the work has not been done including bereavement, hospitalization, flooding and workers running away! However reading the other reviews maybe i am lucky the work was not done. I am trying to get my money back which is proving pretty much impossible when i cant get hold of anyone. Tried writing to head office and the letter got returned! Avoid this company at all costs. Has anyone had any luck getting their money back? I am tempted to go to the police.
I thought the same! I have just reported him to the fraud action helpline. They said the more information they have about him the better so get in touch with them as well
Terrible to hear yet another person affected by this guy...We've personally contacted Citizens Advice and filled a complaint on Action Fraud website, if that helps.

We found this 'company' when they were promoting their services/products in a Tesco store.
He came to our property and gave us a quote and asked for half of the money to be transferred in order for him to go ahead and start manufacturing the kitchen.
I even took 2 references and they told me that he was legitimate and their kitchens were fitted with no issues.
I placed the order in April and we are now in August and I have been given exactly the same excuses as you have, hospitalization, bereavement, flooding, etc.
There is nobody answering on the number printed on the order form. Apparently that is just a rented office which he no longer uses.
The same for the office in Slough, he has vacated that yesterday according to the receptionist.
I can't hold of anyone and he occasionally replies to my text and is apparently going to give me a refund which is going to take 28 days!
This man really needs to be caught and we need to work together to bring him down.
I thought that it was all legitimate as he was advertising in Tesco!

Totally Abhorrent Company
We bought a kitchen from this company with a sales rep. he came around with same promised as the other reviews on this site. we paid a deposit and scheduled the fitting for the 6th of June 2016. on the day there was no sign of anyone. We rang him and he assured us everything was ok, by the end of the day no one had arrived. We called him again and were told he would get back to us, suffice to say we heard nothing and had to chase again, we then got told that there was a delay, this delay has continued till today 2nd of August 2016 with the company ot answering our calls and the rep not being contactable either. We had paid a large deposit towards this order so have been left up &^%$ creek.
Our expereince dictates that everyone avoid this companu and if a sales person turns up slam your door in his face and be happy you avoided dealing with this abhorrent company. good luck

I am doing my best to form a lobby/support Group for victims of this organisation. The aim is to get together, share information and put pressure on Trading Standards, the Police, Tesco and our local MPs to take action. I have made contact with five people so far and we are making progress.

I have posted what happened to me on Tesco's FB page and received a standard response.
Amazing Kitchens were not authorised to be in the store and sell to their customers!
I have also written to Tesco HO customer services and a story is being run in the local newspaper.
I have also logged with Action Fraud.
We all need to get together and bring this man to justice!!

Worst Company - Do Not Ever Use
Similar to other writers, we have only received bits of the supposedly bespoke kitchen, which if you look around, you can buy yourself. The designer is nothing but a fraudster. He promises delivery, assures you there will be no issues and then fails to deliver and now does not even answer the phone. Do not use or pay them any money.

Do not ever purchase from this company. They will lie and avoid delivery at all costs. They are either bankrupt or are taking your money. It was 8 months since ordering and it still is not finished and I doubt they will. They do not provide bespoke products despite what they tell you.
