Truly Safe www.trulysafe.co.uk

Wish that I had not ordered from Truly Safe and have questions about trustworthiness of the company - do not seem to provide usual communication via email providing invoice or reason for delay in sending out order. Unconvincing so far!

I have ordered a couple of personal alarms from Truly Safe and they have taken my money but not sent me the alarms. I have sent numerous emails and faxes and spent hours trying to get through to customer services to no avail. So far I have waited for a month. I wouldn't use this company - they are rubbish.

Is there anyone out there who has been using Truly Safe (Manchester) to order alarms etc?

I ordered eight glass minder alarms, but the second time I entered the site I got a nasty notice saying the security accreditation of the site had lapsed, and I have tried to contact Truly Safe with no results. They never answer their customer service number. I have not received the goods I ordered. Has anyone had similar problems?

I have been waiting 5 months for the item that I ordered from Truly Safe, but they will not speak to me or answer my emails.

I have already recommended the Truly Safe www.trulysafe.co.uk website to several friends and will continue to do so. Originally recommended by a friend of mine, I checked out the site in passing, but far from e-browsing I bought several items. With emphasis on prevention and protection this site offers a one-stop-shop for everything from drink spiking to attack alarms. I particularly liked the ultra violet tracer available on one attack alarm, as post-traumatic identifications are often a problem for prosecution.

Couldn't fault trulysafe.co.uk, exceeded my expectations and i would definitely shop with them again! Originally found trulysafe.co.uk after being let down by another company. Rang them to see if they had what i wanted. The customer service was second to none, the goods were cheaper than i had originally found and they were on my doorstep by the next day. Faultless service - thanks guys!
