After driving from Bristol to Nuneaton for this company to come out to repair an alarm they didn’t turn up or call to let us know.

We were on holiday when we had a phone call from Titus to say our alarm at our shop has been activated, I told them we were on holiday so they contacted our friends. It was Christmas Day so it could not have happend on a worse day. Our friends arrived at the shop to be greeted by the Police. It turned out someone had removed the siren box outside and then attempted to remove the shutters. Titus alerted us when the sounder was removed and as soon as they started ramming our shutters they then alerted the Police.

They saved us this day, as many small business people we cannot afford insurance so rely on the alarm system. Their engineer arrived within the hour to refit the sounder and replace the detector on the shutter.

Thank you so much for your outstanding service and super alarm system. We did wonder when we switched to you as you were cheaper than the others, but you certainly pulled it off well..

We have an alarm system and gate intercom with this company. They installed our alarm but took over the gate intercom on a maintenance contract. I must say I cannot fault them in any way. They are considerate and have done everything we have asked for.
