Products are certainly step above the ebay type junk.( buy bottom end, buy 10 times over!!!).

Quicksafe have a genuine interest in the product & longevity of customer service,rather than the internet companies that just slap a shipping label on it and disown the product as soon as its left & paid for.

Technical Customer service is exceptional , even after 5yrs of ownership of these Quicksafe are still only too happy to assist with re setting up etc.

Well done Quicksafe other companies should learn from your morals.

We have used Quicksafe security as our lone worker alarms for the last 8 years or so. Our clients find their lone worker alarm easy to use and set up. Recommended for when you dont want to pay for a monitoring companies service.

Cons:

No third party monitoring service option.

We were looking for a lone worker alarm for our night security cover, the one from Quicksafe fitted the bill perfectly, nice and compact, does exactly what it should, lets me know once activated each time, and cost was brilliant compared to some of the other dearer but not so good others, overall this has been a great experience, so much so we are looking into buying more for other areas of our charity.

Website very easy to navigate and purchase from. Correspondence from vendor exceptional and would fully recommend.

As an electrician I have fitted many alarm systems. I have used Quicksafe Security as my supplier or alarm systems for over 10 years. The product range is well tested and the staff are very knowledgeable about all their alarm systems. A well trusted security company that has stood the test of time.

I decided on the Alertgen C7 GSM alarm from Quicksafe Security after it was recommended to me by a local electrician who installs them for his customers . The order was delivered quickly and the installation instruction were clear even for a first time GSM alarm installer like myself.

The outdoor siren is fully wireless so no drilling out for power cable. The alarm is easily controlled and monitored by sending text messages. The control panel is nice looking and unobtrusive in a home environment. My wife and me having keyfob remote controls and the children have swipe tags.

The Alertgen C7 GSM alarm can be part armed for when at home. We use these feature to protect the down stairs of the house while upstairs at night.

I think the alarm is very good value, offers a good range or features and is of a high quality standard.

DSC alexor burglar alarm. Installed with 5 days of ordering. Helpfull and polite installer. Installation took around 4 hours after site survey and included demonstration of how to operate alarm system. Nice looking LCD Keypad. Very nice keyfob remote with built in buzzer and LCD display. Opted of alexor alarm over a DIY yale type alarm system that may not deter intruders.

I had price quotes from 3 local installers as recommended then went on-line to do my own researched based on what I had been told by the local alarm fitters.

I found that although the price for supply and fitting was similar I could get a much higher grade alarm system from www.quicksafe.co.uk . When I enquired about how they were able to do this the local installer told me he could not match the price of a UK wide distributor.

Installation of the alarm was 4 days after ordering. I was called by the installer the day after ordering to confirm a day that suited me. We had 3 movement detectors, two door detectors and one wireless keypad fitted upstairs for setting the alarm downstairs when we go to bed.

It was reassuring to know that quicksafe were recommended by ADT amongst others and could supply certified and police registered intruder alarms. We opted for a monitored alarm for peace of mind.

I bought a Yale premium alarm from quicksafe in July 2011. The order was placed online without any problems with email conforamtion recieved and order tracking of delivery by UPS. The alarm system was supplied with both a installation help DVD and technical support telephone number. Installation took around 2 hours. The alarm was supplied with two flashing comfort LEDs for both the working and dummy external bellboxes. Very effective and should be considered as standard for any burglar alarm. I would recommend quicksafe for speed of delivery, service and product supplied.

We got an installation quote from quicksafe for an alarm system after an attempted break in at out house. The back door had been forced but luckily a neighbour disturbed the intruder.

What I liked was the no pressure sales approach. We were given details of the systems, cost and installation time. It was then left up to us.

Installation took around 7 days after booking. We had an DSC Alexor burglar alarm fitted with pet friendly movement detectors as we have a small dog. The installer was probational, polite and friendly.
