Outstanding Service From Era Security The Company

I have an Era rim lock. The small button which keeps the lock in the open position was knocked off, and so I took the unit off the door to try and sort the problem. In taking the lock to pieces, springs fell out and I didn't have a clue how to put it all back together. An engineer at their company telephoned me back twice, emailed me a photograph showing exactly where the main operating spring went, and furthermore sent a new button and retaining spring which arrived the next day. Don't often see service like this these days!

And I really like the lock too!

Era Locca Is An Electric Locking System Which Work

ERA Locca is an electric locking system which works just like modern car radio-controlled door locks, with rolling security codes to prevent unauthorised access. You replace the part of your existing night-latch or Yale-type lock in the door jamb with the 'electric strike' supplied. Connect up 2 low-voltage wires, tidy up etc and plug in. That's it! Two small circular remote controls operate just like your car door remote does, but on your front door. It's possible to integrate this with an intercom system from the same supplier too. Frequently seen in blocks of flats where people can be 'buzzed in'
