Grossly Overpriced Useless System
The door entry system they installed was inadequate and not securely installed. I subsequently found the same system offered on Amazon for a fraction of the price they charged. When I asked them to remove it, they tried to charge me for removal. It was eventually removed and a full refund was promised, but it has not yet been paid in spite of a County Court judgement against them.
