We paid 125 euro for a sticker that was incomplete and didn't had the right size.

They refused to sent me the missing parts, and blamed me for not contacting them soon enough.

Do not order from yourdecoshop!

I order on 28 th of december 2012 I cancelled my order 3 weeks later, because they didnt deliver yet and i heard nothing. No today februari 15 still dont have my money back. Shame on them, today i will hire a lawyer

Your deco shop is SO BAD, and the communication and quality is so poor.

We ordered in Dutch, and after you pay all communication is in english or German!!!

We finaly recieved (after many problems and even Incasso because we didn't get confirmation mails) our product and it was damaged and not the quality they promise.

We send an email, and the only thing they answer is "please send us more pictures" - until you finally give up.

There is no place to send your order back, or to cancel the order.

We paid for about 80euro's for a sticker - in normal shop (with such a bad quality) you can find it for 20 euro!!

Hope nobody makes the same mistake as us.

Conclussion: don't buy at your deco shop.

This company operates from Germany but uses a co.uk website. Cancellation of orders is impossible. even when the company is informed within 24 hours of the order. Return of orders is not possible - refunds will not be given. When you pay by VISA, you receive a message saying 'payment not confirmed' or similar, but in fact the payment has gone through. This led to us paying for the item twice. Although we only received one order and we received a message saying the order was cancelled, it took over a month and at least five emails for our money to be returned.

All in all this company is a disaster.
