We are very pleased with our fire and the service provided. The staff were very knowledgeable and the work carried out was to a high standard. We found the whole process to be very efficient and stress free.

Having heard positive things about this company, we both had high hopes. Without going into a huge amount of detail, we have found every staff member encountered, unsure on the products they are selling and misleading in the information they provide. Their communication skills as a team are sloppy at best leading to agonising waits and continually having to chase them up. Considering we were looking at spending almost £3000 with them, it wasn't the service we expected. To top it off, he had no apology for the poor service and instead he tried to hang up on me, told me pretty much where to shove my business and shouted at me rather aggressively. As a 33 week pregnant lady I found this most distressing. Please go and find other companies who deserve your business. We know we will. Hopefully they will see this and learn from their mistakes but in the meantime there are plenty of companies who treat their customers with respect.

Just had our log burner fitted & what a fantastic job. Well organised, informative and helpful. The installation team were friendly, knew what they where doing, they cleaned up after each stage of its installation and on completion they gave us comprehensive instructions on the operation of the burner including what to burn & what not to burn and with explanations why. It now looks beautiful in its new home & we are really pleased.
