It is hard to describe how awful this company and the product (jeldwen window) was without writing a novel about it, but a few "highlights"...

1) product ordered and paid for on the basis it would be 5 week delivery- it took almost 10 weeks

2) after the delivery time was agreed for the following day, it never turned up. Meanwhile I had removed the existing window and was left with a large hole in my house for 5 days until they managed to ship

3) when the window arrived it was damaged and very dirty like it had been stored for an extended period. Due to the hole in my house I couldn't afford to return it and wait another 10 weeks

4) there were numerous defects in the window construction. Had been assembled by someone who clearly didnt give a damn about what they were doing

5) damaged window furniture has been reported 3 time via email, and twice via phone calls, and still remains unresolved.

Suggest you avoid this place and Jeldwen also. I can't understand how they can be the UK's largest window supplier. Absolute rubbish product.
