I requested a quote online. They did call me back within a few days and left a message for me to get back to them. I called them back and there was nobody there who could help so they just told me that somebody would respond to my enquiry at some point when they got to it, but I heard nothing. E-mailed and called them again and have had no response.

Obviously they have got so much work on they can afford to ignore new customers, so I have gone elsewhere.
