Having had double glazed windows installed by Vanguard about 30 years ago and completely satisfied with their after sales service we ordered 5 triple glazed windows from the new Vanguard Company. We experienced excellent service from enquiry through sales to the fitting of the windows. The fitting of the windows took several hours instead of days although they had an extra job to do for a customer before they arrived. The fitters were highly organised and made a superb job and everything went very smoothly no doubt due to the unlimited supply of tea, coffee, bacon sandwiches and hot dogs. With regards to the price, it was about the same as we paid 30 years ago,with a very good finance scheme
