this company were ok before they went bust and started up again a few days later. I had 6 windows done when the last owner ran it and they were fine so I went back for some French windows. I got given 3 different fitting dates and nobody turned up so when I said I wanted to cancel the order they came the next day. The doors looked they'd been dragged round a yard and they said they knock me off £100 if I accepted them so I did after they said they'd polish them up for me. They fitted them and were gone in under an hour which I was surprised about but it wasn't finished at all.

The doors are leaning out so when I open them slightly they just fall open and now one has a damaged hinge where it hit the brickwork. I asked for them to come and fix it but they said that because I accepted them at the discounted rate I don't get a guarantee or Fensa certificate. Steer well clear of them they are a joke.

I had my windows installed before Christmas last year and have had nothing but problems with them. Some of the windows are not sealed properly under the sills which now have caused damp patches in our newly decorated lounge. The door catches all the time and the general finishing off by their joiners is nothing short of a joke.

We were assured that their staff were employed joiners but the two 'joiners' that fitted our windows were nothing more than young d.i.yers and not very good ones at that. My husband even saw one drinking a can of beer in the back of the van at 10am!!

We have been to their 'showroom' in Sale which is nothing more than a cabin and keep getting fobbed off that someone will call or come the next day but no one ever does.
