I bought a conservatory after being assured of the outstanding quality and after sales service and a 10 years warranty. My wife was sat in the conservatory when a window popped and the outer glass proceeded to craze over. After contacting the company I was simply told something must have hit the window from outside, as if it was a fault in the glass it would have occurred within minutes of fitting and refused to come out and look at it. There is no impact mark on the glass. My garden is enclosed and I don't have kids.

They simply want £140.00 to replace it......Is that after sales service or just a question we have got your money so now sod off
