FIRSTLY PLEASE DON’T DEAL SO AVOID  PLEASANT AT GIRST BUT BUT VERY ARROGANT, VULGAR AND RUDE AFTER GIVING HIM THE JOB despite me telling him my kids are around. He even threatened me that he will come infront of my house to teach me a lesson.So if you have to deal with them please avoid, deal with the owner and main person of the company. He is very nice at first but once he has your job then he’s a different person..

In terms of quality it all looks good so far but time will prove.

The fitters were good too.

Extremly professional work,Robust quality windows and doors,finishing like art work by fitter,Removed my old sash frames,No timber left externally now, bricked,plastered and skimmed wall also to smooth finish by fitter..I only have to paint...What an incredible ,polite,clean and professional fitter.Its definitely value for money..

I have been in the building industry over 40 years as a surveyor and in my profession I have dealt with numerous contractors on sites. Prestige were professional in their works, their approach and delivery. Any queries or concerns were expediently resolved, Prestige’s pricing structure was one of the most competitive in the market.

Competitively priced, customer service was excellent, turnaround time was quick and Kam is very personable to deal with. Great to deal with from initial conversations and design & during the installation where Prestige worked around the rest of my building project and some complications that arose. Even purchased front door from Prestige. And have recommended to a number of people since

Prestige have not begun work yet and I am already thinking I have chosen the wrong Company. Never call back (except for when they were chasing our business and wanting a deposit). I have called and emailed numerous occasions and still not had a reply. When I have spoken to a member of staff all I seem to get is empty promises. I shall report on the quality of workmanship if I ever get it done. But I do have a bad feeling about this one.

They are based on Katherine road. Came to see them at there factory and arranged for someone to come and give me a quote at my house for full replacement of double glazing. He didnt turn up at the time he stated, Next morning I had to phone and chase them up to see why no one bothered to come for a quote, his reason was he forgot and said he will come that same day. Did he come? OFCOURSE NOT. Very unprofessional and unreliable service. Keeping in mind double glazing does not come cheap, the least a company can do is show that they have good customer raport. I can't imagine spending thousands of pounds on a company who can't even come and give a quote. Imagine actually getting windows fitted.

Very disappointed.

I tried to order decking for my pontoon boat to do it myself. After over a week of waiting for a return call, my son went in. It ended in an argument, with them telling him we couldn't install it. I called them the next day. They told me to go to Home Depot or a Marine place, that we could not install this ourselves because we didn't have the proper tools. (even though I explained that someone that had installed this for years was doing it for me). Then he said the warranty on that product would be invalid. He was one of the most rudest sales person that I have encountered. Needless to say, I have gone to another dealer, and I would definitely tell everyone to stay away from Prestige Windows.

Well i had called up prestige windows and I got an absolutely polite worker from there and well i have got to say the service they gave me was fantastic and i would recommend them to anyone who needs there windows&doors etc and the workers who fitted my windows and doors in was faboulous the way they had put them in and they quoted me a very decent price i hope you go to go to prestige windows mainly i have got to say when i talked to the person who did my job i was surprised with the polite attidute so definetely go there i advice you because when my job was complete i was happy to say my house looks very nice the way prestige windows did the job thanks guys anyone who reads this would say "oh i think i might go to this double glazing company"

When looking for a couple of front doors I tried all the big well know companies, got some silly prices and finally came across these guys. I called and booked a survey, the doorways were measured promptly and a decent price was quoted. The part that I am most impressed with was the quality of the doors and the workmanship. The installers were extremely efficient, tidied after themselves, very polite and did a wonderful job. I can't find a bad thing to say about these guys. I would recommend them to anyone.
