Expensive, poor tradesmen and badly measured installation, poorly installed, and have not returned in rectifiy faults.

My wife and I recently moved into our new house here in Burnham on Sea. We wanted to convert our dining room window into a door so that we could gain access to the garden. Each stage of the process with Perfecta windows was exactly as they had stated and planned.......estimate, survey and a installation. We were delighted with their professionalism and friendliness......especially the installer. We were so pleased with the end result that we decided to also have a replacement patio sliding door installed. Again......the whole process went particularly smoothly and efficiently. All the appropriate paper work for both installations followed appropriately.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Perfecta Windows.

The door we chose works very well and looks fantastic, it makes our home look great.

Long story short, used Perfecta several times over many years but family business bought by a national company and now quality of installation poor and after-sales support awful.

Didn't use dust sheets! - Poor attempt at clear up / cleaning up - greasy stain on curtain - damage to adjacent cabinet wood top.

'Support' dismissive, days later sent same installer round to clean up (which I'd already done of course!)....he attempted to clean curtail with a plastic cleaner/solvent which did not help!!

No offer of £ 'compensation'.....refused my suggestion that a £ good will gesture at least was appropriate.

Have recommended Perfecta in the past, will not use them again and will be warmimg people off rather than recommending in future!

Would not recommend this company due to shoddy work and poor after sale service, too many problems to list
