Paxtons

This company started to build our relatively small conservatory (12 foot x 8 foot), off our kitchen, at the start of September this year. Today is the 1st of December 2010. They STILL have not finished it!! The work done so far is of a fair quality but only time will tell, but the finishing of some parts has little to be desired. Put it this way, they don't seem concerned with the finer touches like putting window latches on that are square to the window, they seem to like odd angles!! It has snowed and it is now -4oC outside and we are feezing as they have failed to get the radiators fitted. The room is just a shell, and after 3 MONTHS, you'd think they have got it done. Regularly, they have not bothered turning up, sometimes for up to a week at a time and they seem more concerned with getting lots of jobs in, rather than giving customer service and satisfaction.

My recommendation ........ stay well, well clear of this company unless you are planning on going on a round the world trip whilst they complete the work, and even then, I wouldn't hold your breath that they will have completed it by the time you return!
