Had 13 New windows fitted and installed perfectly. Everything we asked for was delivered on time and to schedule. Service was professional and thorough from start to finish, with intermittent updates. Could not be happier with the end result. To add, the installers were very clean and tidy at all times. No damage to existing finishes. I've experienced previous ill fitting windows, what a different these make.

Minster windows doors bought 2 one being a stable one the lock after 2years have given up reported it they came out oiled it worked a little better was told it would need new one. Several weeks had gone by so I got back in touch was told. You only get one year on lock so up to me to pay rude manager!! So much for the fully insured 10yr guarantee the sales give all the speal but no mention on sale technical speal about “lock only one year” they don’t mention that. So over £2k on doors now I have to pay a couple of hundred on new locks I would not use or recommend minster windows as soon as they get your money your on your own!!!!!

We bought a door the sales person was perfect. Door stunning. So we bought a sliding door for our conservatory on that bases. They recommended a builder to knock out the wall. What a total nightmare. Showed us they would fit a square window in a round hole. The MD was very rude and threatened us in a very bad way. The mess we have been left with is unforgiven. Their products are perfect a few hitches but in general good, but their fitters are shocking and dangerous.
