Had several quotes from companies including Everest, and while not the cheapest we were at least able to see Bi-fold doors fitted in situ at the showroom and be able to see exactly what we wanted and ask questions. The person we dealt with who showed us what was available was excellent and was able to answer all our questions. We came away knowing theirs was the product we wanted. The doors were fitted yesterday. Three doors with integral blinds worked by magnet. Magnificent. They replaced Upvc Bi-fold doors and the comparison is unbelievable, they feel solid and move like they are on ice. The team that fitted them were just two young lads but they were extremely professional and knew their job well. After the fitting they told us what they had done and made sure we were able to open and close the doors in the proper manner and informed us on the best maintenance we could do to maintain the doors in the condition they are today. None of the information or demonstration was done in a condescending way, They really wanted to make sure we were happy with the product.

I cannot fault Leicester Windows in any way. They have kept in contact, turned up on time, completed the work with little effort, cleaned up completely after they had finished and contacted us again to make sure we were happy with the result.

Would I recommend them? Without a doubt or hesitation. Brilliant company.

The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free, from choosing the windows to having them installed. No hard sell, just a competititive quote. Materials and fitters arrived exactly when they said they would, were friendly, and put a lot of care and professionalism into the fitting. The fitting of new windows took place at the same time as some major building work in the house, which involved liaising with others builders on technical issues. Again, this was done effectively and professionally. Mick and his team are rightly very proud of their work, and they should be. The result is stunning, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
