Service appalling,asked for my refund back after 1 day. Surprise surprise,could not get hold of them.Lost £500 deposit.Gave my statement to trading standards as I hope many of you have.

The company measured my windows to short but sill went ahead and fitted them, I now have water coming in, a deep scratch on one of the the glass units,a big gap inside where it meets the window board, I have tried many times to make contact with the company by emails, many phone calls but no success. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I've contacted Love Windows in October to replace my windows and they've sent someone to take measurements and quote the price. After we agreed the delivery date they asked me to pay the deposit which I did. The service was great until I paid the deposit and 2 days after I paid the deposit they called me and confirmed that they will cancel my order as they quoted the price wrong and they said they'd refund my deposit . Since October I have been calling them and emailing them regularly and they still haven't refund my £ 1000 deposit. They don't reply to emails and everytime I call them they are saying it will be paid but I still haven't received it since 3 months. If you have an order with them make sure you guarantee your order before you pay the deposit!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Never have I experienced such appalling customer service . We are still in the midst of our love windows experience and can't wait for it to end, horrendous company to deal with .

they are not german windows at all, they will say anything to get a sale. Not even convinced they are triple glazed. We got let down twice on fitting days nearly 3 times. I now wish they had never bothered. Fitter struggled for 7 hours to fit 2 windows saying half the tools where missing out the van was cutting the plastic sills with a hand saw. Rough untidy job in general.

Wrong glass was fitted 1 was meant to be frosted we got clear, the other isnt safety glass as it needs to be by law, was told on phone it is safety glass but there is no mark on it so it clearly isnt. I refused to pay as they where both wrong, still no replacement glass from love windows.

If your considering using love windows dont bother your better off paying a little more elsewhere.

Ordered windows back in July..fitted in August but were poorly fitted with gaps in Windows and fitters broke some of the glass, advised that they would order more glass and send fitters back- were still waiting for them to fix the mess they made!!! I give birth in 6 weeks time and they have done nothing but cause headache and stress!!!

They come today to fit my windows, prepared put dust sheets everywhere, did a very good job. After finishing the job they cleaned up. Very happy with the work they did, would highly reccoment Love Windows.

Only one star because I had to so the review could be posted. I have made two appointments and both times I have been let down when no one turned up as promised. My time is precious and being let down the first time was bad enough I was then told that this would not happen again. Well unfortunately I have been waiting all morning and no phone call or excuse to let me know that they couldn't make it.
