Landsdowne Orangeries, based in Chesham, fitted our Orangery in 2010 and promised us a 10 year guarantee. We have a leak in one of the windows and I emailed them only to be told "We can send someone to have a look at this for you but it would be chargeable as the company that supplied and installed your Orangery went into Liquidation and therefore this is not under guarantee." So they have in effect liquidated the original company so they don't have to fulfill any guarantee obligations and are continuing to do the same under a different but all beit same name...
