We had 7 windows & 1 door fitted on 27th August 2014. As always with window companies the price they first came in with was an absolute joke, but after much bartering we got it right down to more or less what you would expect to pay.

The windows, service and fitting was brilliant & the guys were great, they did what they had to do & cleared up after themselves - if it wasn't for the new shiny windows you wouldn't know they'd been!

There was however a crack in the door so a few days later, they came with a new door - oops! Wrong one! They did however get the correct one and fitted it later on.

The handle in my little girls room was broken (never good) so I called them up and a few weeks - (yes WEEKS!) later they came and switched that handle with the one in the bathroom, telling me that they would come in a few days to replace the broken one - we're now in December...still no handle!!

After many phone calls, I'm still left with a broken handle, empty promises of call backs and replacements and a front door that still lets a draft through (after being reassured that it wouldn't).

The fitters - brilliant. Every other sector - rubbish!

Wouldn't recommend this company for any amount of money. It's just not worth the hassle, I'm sick & tired of calling and waiting in vain.

We are very pleased with the installation and would like to mention the fitters who worked so well in less than perfect weather conditions and tidied up each day on completion.

We understand that the advertising board will be left in place for fourteen days and will be collected by your company at the end of this time.
