Dreadful Service, Sound Product.
In 2010 Insu fitted heat reflective / anti glare strips into my 10 year old conservatory roof which got too hot in the summer. The initial installation appeared to be ok but 12 months later and the roof panels have slipped out of position and with closer inspection I find mastic was used to cover up where structural elements had been broken. I have contacted insu several times (including the MD) asking them to rectify the situation without any success whatsoever. My advice is DO NOT USE insu, others (eg polycool.co.uk) offer the same solution (which does work, my conservatory is cooler and the glare minimal)and the service others offer cannot be worse than that I have experienced from insu.

Are they still in business as I am trying to contact them and the telephone numbers do not work?
