External Wall Insulation
We used the process under the government's Green Deal Home Improvement Fund to get get an EPC and qualify for the new 2014 grant level: up to 75%/£6,000 for external solid wall insulation.
We obtained quotations from registered suppliers and Instagroup were clearly the most competent and professional as well as most competitive.
They have been installing the system they used on our house for over 12 years and their experience showed through on every aspect of the work. The whole process took just two weeks and has resulted in a new external wall surface with a 25 year guarantee. We just love the concept of never having to paint the outside of the house ever again!
The installation teams were very careful and courteous, making sure we were kept fully informed ahead of everything they did. They always cleaned up and made everything safe each day and worked around other contractors we had at the same time (e.g double glazing installation).
They dealt with all the interfaces with everything on or through the walls, extending the boiler flue, drains and outside taps. They got the new window ledges to be a perfect match to the new soffits and fascias we had fitted at the same time.
Now, as well as having what looks like a new house; we'll be making substantial savings on heating, the house is much quieter, we have no outside painting to do and most of the cost has been borne by a government grant. Everyone's a winner,
Instagroup are strongly recommended to anyone considering external insulation in Southern England.

Hi, we are also considering Insta group. Only one downside is that they do not do fascias. Could you tell me who did your soffits and fascias? Thank you.
