This company were good on sales and dreadful on fulfilling the order. Waited seven and a half weeks with scaffolding for cladding. Windows were supposed to be able to be moved to clean outside. They wouldn't. Changed hinges for same and same result, air vents that rattled, and came back to drill drain holes as they were missing. Drain holes that were drilled were all filled with plastic shavings. They still blow in after 2 years! All told, we were and are totally dissatisfied by the way that they conducted their business as we had to pay in full before they would come back to do repairs. Water comes in through two windows still, and damage has been done on each visit that puts us off having them back. Their friends are solicitors so don't go there with legal action. More pressure!
