New Timberlike windows just been fitter, they look almost identical to the original wood so very pleased, installers were polite and very professional, couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

I had a conservatory built by guild home improvements in 2011 and yesterday it sprang a leak ( or so I thought) I called and their service engineer attended this afternoon to investigate, it turned out a roof tile from the original roof on my bungalow had slipped down and was causing water to come inside my conservatory. The engineer promptly put the tile back into place and ran a water test.

Happy to say no water coming in now and NO CHARGE even though it wasn’t their fault, thank you Guld home improvements it shows they’re still great Companies out there who care about their previous customers.

I always like to support local business and I had been looking around to get my windows & doors replaced for quite some time. I came to GHI after seeing their extensively refurbished showroom and booked an appointment.

Cannot fault this company. They came around and gave me a fair price for the work compared to others. No Pressure at all............They did everything as arranged from the first appointment through to the fitters leaving. Installed my windows and doors in 2 days leaving my home spotless. The products look fantastic & they have made such a difference to the property. Being on St Helier Avenue in Morden its such a busy road but I can now hardly hear anything at all.

We had a quotation from Jim for sashes to the front of our house and PVC units to the rear, he was extremely helpful and accommodating. They managed to turn around the windows in super quick time and were fitted well, our builders were very impressed and even took their number for future work! Thanks very much. GHI have just completed the Installation of box sash windows to my house.

I am very happy with the results, the salesman was not pushy at all and the fitters were really helpful and kept mess down to a minimum.

The style of window is really good too making it look like the original sashes.
