Fantastic Quality
Greenway I cannot speak highly enough of . From the start when the Sales Advisor came out , no pressure selling, showing us the windows and locks. All very professional. Then measured and fitted . They look stunning and made a difference to the noise without being triple glazed. The fitters did a superb job, and used dust sheets and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend anyone to this Company nothing was too much trouble. 1 little hiccup but that was put right straight away.
They weren`t the cheapest or the most expensive but you get what you pay for.

Excellent Price, Quality And Service
I can't comment on the review above, but we've had our conservatory completed by Greenway - the design and build involved all the same names as above. We couldn't be happier with the quality or the service to be honest. Were there any problems? Surprisingly few and reassuringly small and swiftly put right. I wouldn't normally place a review, but as there only seems to be one for this company and quite a protracted battle, I felt I should show the other side of the coin.
We're thrilled with our conservatory and it's fair to say it has enhanced our enjoyment of our home - just as we hoped.

Greenway Deceived My Family
I have been a customer of this company, Greenway and I would not recommend them.
I have experienced problems with the company, concerning a conservatory and a porch, which the company were employed to construct.
On completion of the projects Greenway gave out a, ‘PVCu MAINTENANCE GUIDE’ leaflet. The paperwork stated,
“If you are happy – tell your friends IF NOT! Tell us”
I attempted to submit a complaint following problems with the projects and certain employees of Greenway, to the MD of Greenway Home Improvements Ltd.
Following contact with Trading Standards, I have been advised that I am within my rights to review Greenway.
For over a year I have experienced problems with Greenway, relating to a conservatory & porch the company was employed to construct. Both projects have been paid for in full.
Greenways have deceived my family out of money, etc.
The company fitted the wrong specification of roofing glazing, clear glazing not blue glazing.
The company have left a considerable amount of holes in the structure of my conservatory. This allows draughts in and artificial heat out.
The company has refused to reinforce the porch foundations, as per contract. Yet, Greenway took the money to conduct the foundation work.
I have allowed Greenway (Greenway fitters, an employee of Glass Systems [one of the Greenway’s suppliers]) on numerous occasions, back into my home to rectify the problems. Only to be lied to, again and again.
(Name removed) has attempted to charge for work and products that had either been paid for or should have been covered by the company’s guarantee.
The Managing Director of Greenway has stipulated I must not be in my own home; also my family's CCTV is to be turned off, whilst Greenway fitters are present. This has been recently confirmed to me in writing by the Glass & Glazing Federation (GGF).
The Advertising Standards Authority has been involved on two separate occasions regarding Greenway false advertising. Greenway was instructed to amend their advertisement, not to mislead the consumer.
