One of the directors of Glazepro was the director of Salford Trade Frames Ltd, trading as Mr Glassman which went into liquidation owing creditors. He was the director of Kemat Ltd – struck off, and Guttman Ltd – struck off. He was also director of Manchester Trade Frames Ltd –dissolved in Sept 17, and The Frame People M/cr Ltd – dissolved. All of this I discovered today. In early November he took a substantial deposit from me to fit windows and doors before Christmas. The date for fitting came and went, I’ve chased him and chased him and he’s ignored my contact. Today he sent my partner (not me) a text saying he was ‘going into receivership’ next week and can’t do the job.

Just had all the windows, doors and sliding door replaced by Glazepro. The range of windows and doors on offer was fantastic. The installers were very respectful of the property and were very clean and tidy. There was no damage around the inside of the windows to the decor. In fact, the inside of the windows looked better than before the windows were fitted!I was also delighted with the after sales service in rapidly rectifying minor snagging issues.

I would not hesitate in recommending Glazepro. Job well done!

I'm so glad i came across Glazepro. In the world of double glazing there are so many "deals" to be had with so many hard salespeople involved, it can get a little intimidated. A lady from glazepro was super friendly, helpful and i immediately felt at ease.

They did a fantastic job replacing my double glazing that had failed at a good price too. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any double glazing.

I hate review sites and trader trust sites as so many have been infiltrated by fraudulent reviews. I had some terrible experiences from so called highly reviewed and recommended companies. Mr Glassman as a company is completely different and definitely worth a 5* review.

My wife had had a quote a few years before but hadn't acted on it, she'd commented though that Mr Glassman were the only company out of the few she'd contacted that hadn't endlessly pursued her for business. So, when we came to considering windows again they were one of the go to companies.

The owner gives a personal and professional service, when he comes to measure and quote a price. He off a free door offer and gave tips on options that would save money or produce the best result.

The quality of the pvcu windows and doors is great. We had 8 windows and a free door at a very competitive price.

We didn't have to be home to have the work done either we let the fitters in and left them to shut the door behind themselves. They tidied up and left everything spotless and secure.

On the first day I think I caught a fitter who'd got out of bed on the wrong side, but hey they were lovely with my wife, and we had paid for skilled tradesman that would do a professional job, not have a chat and he was polite but short.

The job took 3 days, 2 days in the house and 1 day outside. They cleared all waste and rubbish, made everything good, and polished up the glass. I went to the trouble each day of emailing the lovely Val, who deals with payments and scheduling, to comment on how pleased we were with the work done. We even had an awkward round window that came early and so we were pleasantly surprised to see it in ahead of the date promised.

The communication I had was great and we've already contacted here again with another project in mind.

It was great to find a local, professional and friendly company without the usual pushy sales techniques. Keep up the good work!

From the no-hassle, no pressure quote right through the confirmation, arranging of the date and and the actual installation, I cannot fault the service provided. Delighted to have chosen them for the replacement of my French Doors and windows. Thoroughly recommend them for any work of a similar type. Importantly, they always turned up when they said they would and tidied up after themselves. No negatives to report at all.

If you want a window company without the hard sell then Mr Glassman is your man. His efficient no nonsense approach I found refreshing. His prices are great and service is fast.

We had a slight hic up with our measuring that Mr Glassman sorted without fuss. I appreciate that level of customer service and i'm really pleased with our job.

I went for grey wood effect foiled windows that look modern and really good on the outside. They are white on the inside and I requested white handles. The quality is really good, they feel sturdy solid and secure. They were fitted well and the outsides finished neatly.

I'm renovating so the fitters left the clear plastic covering on the inside for us so we don't mark them while plastering, but they cleaned the windows and left the area neat and tidy.

I knew exactly what I wanted and Mr Glassman was able to keep it simple and straight forward, if you know what you want to buy and want a reliable supplier that will simply get your job done - then this is the company for you.

It's unusual nowadays to get such good service and pricing as well. Often you get one or the other but i have had both several times with Mr. Glassman.I've used them for both business and domestic premises several times in the last 6 months. The fitters are really conscientious and know exactly what they are doing. They also followed up afterwards to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.

Very friendly throughout process, customer service at its finest can't do more to help you out.

Pricing was the best I found, very efficient even after given short notice. Very helpful indeed.

Will be recommending to friend and will always use again if any problems occur in the future.
