Really pleased with the service all the way through, from initial quote through to installation. Felt staff understood what I wanted and provided it exactly. Staff professional and competent. Can reliably report no problems encountered, and will certainly be using them again.

Can honestly not speak higher of the service and help we were shown when dealing with Gavin Mills. From booking the viewing appointment to the work being done everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a problem with a broken door which we had been told by others would cost us an arm and a leg, On Gavins inspection of the door it turned out we only need a new lock which saved us money and gave us piece of mind. No sales man just honest help which is very refreshing. Installer came the next day to fix the door and was very professional and quick. All round excellent service throughout.

Aside of the salesman trying to pluck a cost figure out of the air, telling me another unit had blown when it hadn't and the fitter not being able to come on arranged day, as advised but without notifying me of this, the actual product is good quality etc. Would not say the overall service was top drawer, only certain parts, but very pleased with the product.
