The person I dealt with completed our extension with the minimum of fuss, work was of a high standard so much so that no snagging necessary. Very accommodating and would have no qualms about recommending or using him again.

If you're looking for a company who deliver value for money, to do the job right, first time, always punctual, always tidy, communicate all the way, and work with you when you want to change something - this is the company for you.

More (if not most) importantly.... you may well find they are the best priced on the market.

The owner is easy to talk to. He listens, gives some helpful tips (I found he had loads of experience and was happy to share that with me), but most of all - he wanted me to be a satisfied customer. Hence, I wanted to write this review.

My house is over 100 years old. When they went to change the living room bay window - they found the ceiling was actually held up by the windows. The stone work is old - I was with them when they carefully removed the windows....but nothing was going to stop the stone work from just crumbling away. I had some odd shapes to 'make look great'......difficult spaces to squeeze into (panry window), and..........at the last minute decided to use a stained glass window I bought 10 years ago. It was hand made, and loads of small pieces of glass which makes up a Harlequinn.

The owner had to talk to suppliers, and there was hesitation as it is valuable.

And again, at the last minute I thought having the name of the house on the glass above the front door would look good - like it had done before I was burgled.

My house looked old and almost derelict if I am honest.

Now...........it looks as it should...........a lovely quaint cottage with gorgeous windows.

I feel proud of how it looks.

I feel very very grateful to the owner and his team (they were polite, courteous about my hone, and very tidy) for the transformation they made.

Having used Fuzion at my previous home I contacted them again re new doors and windows in my new house. I am extremely pleased to see that their usual high standards and attention to detail have not changed. From first appointment to completion a very professional job. No request made to them was a problem and service was first class. Would certainly recommend this company.

I invited Fuzion for a quotation for our new project of building a conservatory. We (me and my wife) met with the boss and his team and the initial discussion with them was straightforward and clear. The striking difference from other big companies that they did not apply any tedious or any dubious selling technique. There was no pressure of any kind on us to buy anything from them. We discussed the project directly with the boss, who is the very man who built the conservatory frame by himself. He told us immediately that he could deliver any brand of whatever components of the conservatory (the roof system, type of roof glass, window glass, door type etc.) that we wanted to install in our project from any known manufacturer in the UK, which he managed to deliver exactly that later on. We wanted to have few meetings with him, prior to signing the contract. He made himself available for us whenever date we chose. We agreed with them down to the small details and they were happy to accommodate all of them. The final quotation was very competitive, if not the best.

Upon the commencement of the project, they were excellent in keeping us informed in every step of the way, and they were very punctual in their timing and appointments. If they say that they are coming at 8 o’clock next morning, we found them exactly at 8 o’clock in front of our house. If he could not make her appointment, we did receive a courtesy call from him to let us know.

Just like any building process, there have been some up’s and down’s. Another good thing about him that if he faces any challenges or difficulties, he dose not try to run away from it, but in fact he tries to find a solution for it without any hassle for us. He has been very polite and courteous to us and he was trying hard to accommodate our hectic working schedule. They were always trying to leave the building site as clean and as tidy as possible to minimise any interruption to our life.

At the end we have our conservatory and it looks great. I hope for his company more success and many thanks for them.

This is the 2nd time we have used fuzion home improvements and they did not let us down.

They replaced our patio doors with sliding doors and adapted our under stairs cupboard.

Nothing was too much bother to them even when we made changes.

They worked hard, cleaned up everything. We would defiantly recommend them.

Wanted to replace five windows and got in touch with Fuzion - they quoted competitively and based on the strength of various reviews I had read online decided to go with them. Was a good choice, they are two hard-working individuals who show a clear interest and pride in their work, very organised and most importantly - know what they are doing. They turned up prompt each day, fitted the windows without any issues and cleaned up after themselves. A job well done, would quite happily use them again - Alex

They started and completed my conservatory refurbishment on time.

Cleaned up after everyday and I came home today with the conservatory spotless.

Prior to going with Fuzion Home Improvement I confirmed other quotes and they came in lower with higher spec.

I have used good builders before, but they were great with communication and started and completed work to schedule.

Even when old conservatory revealed rotten joists, they replaced with no additional cost and I only hired them for the dismantling and fitting of conservatory from dwarf walls up.

I would highly recommend these lads and at least get a quote and check out their work done previously, they may have pictures of mine!

Absolutely delighted with our new sunroom. It exceeded our expectations! The guys worked very hard, stayed late in the run up to christmas to get the job complete. Very friendly guys who are professional and helped us make some decisions with the design along the way. Cost wise - very up front and no hidden costs, job was very reasonably priced, had a few quotes which were almost double. Could not recommend enough and will get them back to do our kitchen!!
