Avoid this company.

Windows were fitted to my property in November, during which, some damage was done to my property. I have allowed ‘Fairtrade Home Improvements’ several opportunities to deal with my complaint and fix the damage yet nothing has been done. After several communications with this company, I had a clumsy letter form the MD stating he ‘thought it had been dealt with’. Months later, still nothing which is totally unacceptable. The way they have treated me is anything but fair.

I recently got the front windows done on my house and I couldn’t be happier. Will be getting the back done in the near future and would highly recommend

exactly what we wanted and more myself and my husband had been felt under pressure in the past with 2 other company’s we rang fair trade as are final quote and I would recommend anyone to go with the company due to good customer service very open and always answered any questions that we wanted to know! we had 2 windows fitted by fair trade and we are now being quoted for a door brilliant service from the start would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

This company have transformed my house and my life with their products!

Everything went smooth and professionally from start to finish, after getting quotes from other companies we decided to go with fair trade and were not disappointed.

I had a rep come and visit me amd my mlther at her home.

I am a carer for my mum so I wanted to be present during the appointment.

There wasnt any pressure what so ever and he left us with a quote.

We had 3 more quotes lined up so didnt sign straight away.

1 of the 3 didnt show and the other 2 was a waste of time and seemed to get annoyed when we didnt sign after there bully tactics.

We rang him back straight away after the last quote to tell him we wanted to use Fairtrade.

We have had our porch installed and also due to get our roofline with them as well.

I would reccomend this company to any1.

We bought windows from this company recently and couldn't beleive how quick and efficiently installed they was.

At first we was abit unsure but decided to go with Fairtrade, as the representative promised we wouldn't be let down.

This and also they was less expensive than another 2 companies.

If anyone is in the position of unsurity like we was, do not worry, there sercice was EXCELLENT.
