I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. I purchased from Everseal Home Improvements Bristol, 10 Windows for my Bungalow and 2 Emplas Composite doors. The Manager came across as being quite genuine and as the company was on Trust a Trade It, I gave them the contract . The plans were not to my original specification, although it was too late to do anything about it, the Manager was not very helpful, although full of charm and assurance that the end finish would be more appealing. I have ended up with damaged paintwork on the sill of one window, a toilet overflow pipe left sticking out of the wall into my hall way, which when pointed out to the Manager, he was less than helpful not his problem,and it cost me more money to have it put right by someone else. The Emplas Composite doors 10 years guarantee let the rain in after being installed for only 4 months, the Manager came back and said they were the best and could not understand why they would be leaking, he sent someone to put sealant around the glass, this did not work again it was letting in the rain, reported again to the Manager who sent out a Surveyor, he poured water over the door to ascertain where it was coming in, and said he would send out someone to seal it with marine sealant, and not to worry as they are under guarantee ,needless to say this did not happen, yes he sent someone out but they did not use marine sealant. I only hope that the cheap sealant used withstands the weather. The communication with this company has been less than favorable. I am very disappointed.
