keep well away from this firm they are small players in this field.The main guys have got no backbone and will not even answer their phones to reply to a complaint.cant wait to meet them again

Elite came to fit my front door last June and at the same time replaced the glass in one of my patio doors.

I cannot complain about the front door, it seems to be fine and looks good although the person who installed it could moan for England but he did a good job.

As soon as the fitter left, I noticed a flaw in the pane of glass in the patio door. I telephoned Elite the next day and they promised to ring me and arrange for the pane of glass to be replaced. They said they were waiting for another job in my area and eventually turned up in October but unfortunately the fitter broke the replacement glass when he got it out of the van - I therefore still have the faulty pane of glass in my patio window.

On top of this, I have got no guarantee documents as promised when the door was fitted. I have telephone the office on numerous occasions regarding this and each time they say the paperwork will be put in the post. I telephoned last week on several occasions but my call was never answered. However, they must have done 1471 and rang me back - again promised to put the paperwork in the post but still nothing.

Do not go with this company. They will only give you the run around. Took four days off work in total, as they promised to come and put in a door, they never arrived and they also did not call to inform me. Kept calling their office, but they did not answer; i then called pretending to be another customer to which they called back straight away. They are cowboys at it's best.

Elite Windows came to fit a new front door and front of house windows. after one false start of not coming when they said they would, the day they came they left us with a window upstairs broken and missing a handle, also they fitted the front door but missing the glass. told us they would be here end of week to finish after getting some more glass. I stupidly paid most of money thinking they were coming back the same week. but for the last 6 weeks we have had excuse after excuse saying they are coming then never arriving, today they had said that they would be here 100% but surprise they never showed up. now they are not answering their phone. seems they have got their money and are now not interested in finishing the job they have left.
