Just a quick note to show our appreciation for the doors that were fitted at our property. The results are simply marvellous and we have been dealt with extremely professionally.
A special thank you to Darren for dealing with all of our questions with patience, as well as heartfelt thanks to our fitters Derek and Keith, they were friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble, we were left with no mess and they literally did bring light into our lives.
We are delighted and cannot wait for the summer and bbq weather.

We researched online and found advice saying we should get three quotes to make you aware what it is you should be paying for glazing, we went for the most affordable to us expecting and happy that we would probably have to compromise on service, but was prepared for this as the difference in price was so much.
We were amazed though at the quality of service, the doors are brilliant and covered for ten years, when I asked how they did all this for such competitive rates they explained all the over-heads they cut out due to being internet based, they clearly are very experienced and know just what customers want, they don't do the hard sell on us or pressure us, they only give you what you want.

Everything about the service I have received has been excellent.
The speed in which I was able to get my quote was very good. The quote was very competitive against local companies then I managed to upgrade to better insulated glass for no additional cost.
The surveyor arrived on time as agreed explained everything and the contract was very clear.
Installations also turned up on time the fitters were professional cared for my home and installed all of my windows and doors in three days.
The fitters even helped me solve a couple of other problems I had with my house.

Maybe FENSA should decide as they are the leading registration mark for the industry, Double Glazing Shop Limited as you mention is liquidated, doubleglazingshop.co.uk is FENSA registered.
I found this review not helpful because it could not possibly refer to the same people whose appallingly bad workmanship was shown for all to see on the BBC programme "The Cowboy Trap". The upstairs windows were retained only with expanding foam, whilst defects in the brickwork caused by the fitters had been filled with silicone sealant. Their workmanship was so slipshod that they are not even worthy to be called cowboys.
When their victims sued, nobody from the company bothered to turn up and the claimant won by default, but the company then went into liquidation. It is not easy to assess what connection the new company might have with the old, as they seem not to have any trace of their business address on their website - apart from one one page, for brochure downloads, where it may have been overlooked. That address almost matches that given when their domain was registered.

For the past year I have had on going issue with Double Glazing Shop.co.uk From the start of installation there were problems. The Double Glazing Shop Limited have caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to our property, we have been left with an unsecured property with gaps round the windows making our property freezing.

We bought 18 Cream Halo Eclipse windows from Double Glazing Shop guys after being let down by a previous supplier. The 1st price was their best price, they turned up and completed the job when they said they would. They really lloked after our home and went the extra mile eg replacing blinds for us, removing secondary glazing and polished all windows to leave them in showroom condition.
Doulbe Glazing Shop offered us several different makes of window, which no other compqny did, also they gave us individual prices for each item so we could decide in our own time as to which product we wanted to buy. We actually went on to purchase their most expensive option because we felt it was value for money and really suited our property.
So if your buying double glazing or double glazed sash windows we would recommend you go here first.
