Didn't like this firm from the off really, smarmy sales guy & bullish fitter. Had problems with the unit after a few days and they were just not interested. Got a reputable firm to fix in the end and will use them in future. DMC won't put themselves out once you've paid up that's for sure.

Sever warning - use this firm at your peril. Will not attend to deal problems that occur due to their shoddy fitting. They will then infer that the unit they installed in your property is actually of inferior quality and that's why you're having the all the problems. Guarantee worthless & not cheap either. Very disappointing & time consuming experience. Please don't put yourself through the same! Based in Whitefield and may also trade under other names.
